Loren has been a treasured client for a while. I’ve gotten to work with her on photographing moments with her son, and when she embarked on one of the hardest things some women have to do – watch the man they love leave to serve our country over seas. Loren recently messaged me with the idea of doing a Best Friends session. Loren and Whitney have been best friends since they were children. Whitney, too lives a military life and has moved several times with her husband’s orders. They are about to pick up again and head off on another adventure and Loren wanted pictures to have to keep her dear friend close even when she is so far away.
It was such a joy to witness these moments between these two. I know what it is like to have your best friend so far away. Mine is in Arkansas and I haven’t seen her in two and half years. I wish I had something like that to keep her close.
Distance may be between you two but thank goodness we live in a time that can make it more bearable…
Best wishes to you, Whitney on your families new adventure… And Loren… I can’t wait for your next steps in life… Planning that WEDDING!!!!!
XOXO
There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think about my clients. Past, present, and future. I strive for a relationship that extends further than their wedding day. The industry is constantly changing and I strive to keep up with new standards while holding true to my style.
