It was such an honor for me to be a part of this beautiful day. I fell in love with this couple, especially Brooke, just moments after i met her/them. I am a pretty insecure person (suprise, suprise) and being around Brooke can be pretty intimidating; i mean just look at her. She is probably one of the most kind, genuine people i’ve met . She warms you up to her in minutes and you feel like you’ve been friends for a long time. I didn’t get as much time to spend with Drew, but what little i did, it is clear his charm and wit are the highlights of his personality. Together they are a real life power couple. There were moments in the day where i was able to step back and just be overwhelmed that i was chosen by these people to capture one of the biggest days of their life. It was an honor, and humbling (in a good way).
We fought rain on and off all day. It was hazy and thick but it all cleared JUST in time for their ceremony. It was perfect. They were perfect. I even got to ride with them on their horse and carriage after the ceremony. I am so excited for them! Brooke just texted me last night about making an offer on what will be their very first home together! I am thankful for a new friend! Congratulations you two!
