I probably shouldn’t be admiting this… but i am thankful infant photography has kinda switched more towards the lifestyle side instead of the posed portrait style. Don’t get me wrong, i LOVE those posed portraits but it takes skill and sadly i feel like i fall short. I made the decision that i will no longer offer the posed infant portrait sessions. It is A LOT of work that just rarely worked out the way i envisioned. I am happy to refer my clients toward a gifted infant photographer but from now on… lifestyle is the way for me! I feel SO good about this decision!
This sweet little boy felt safest in his mommy’s arms. That is where he was happiest so that is where he was for most of this session! He is such a sweet little boy! I was happy to meet this family. After trying to get some posed shots and Baby C not really not interested we decided to go the lifestyle route. The pictures turned out so sweet. There is nothing better than a momma and her new little boy 🙂 XOXOX
