Young love! It remimds me of myself and my husband… I was 19 when we got married and these two are right around that same age! I’m a believer in it! A lot of people will say that if you get married young you aren’t giving yourself a chance to live and experience life on your own…maybe… but being married young, and still together 12 years later, I will say that it is an opportunity to grow and experience life WITH someone. Someone you CHOOSE to be with. You grow together and figure out who you are together. I can be a beautiful thing. Sure, maybe not for everyone… but for those of us it was/is for… It is amazing.
Alex and Robbie are such a FUN couple! We laughed and laughed this whole session! It’s great when you mesh right away and they get your sarcastic personality and can jump right in there with you.
The highlight of our time together, however, was when Robbie expressed his extreme fear of spiders and gave me “the look” when I asked him to place his hand on a tree where there were some nearby webs. I was bracing myself for a girl scream and was secretly hoping it would happen just so I could get a good laugh and have something to razz him about in the future 😉 It may sound mean, but I am pretty sure Alex was hoping for the same thing! LOL
You two are great… and don’t EVER let ANYONE tell you getting married young is a mistake or risky. Yes, it’s work. Yes it’s challenging… but there is nothing is the world better and there is NEVER anything wrong with getting to love someone LONGER!!! XOXO
There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think about my clients. Past, present, and future. I strive for a relationship that extends further than their wedding day. The industry is constantly changing and I strive to keep up with new standards while holding true to my style.
