I met these two in Virginia Beach. There was an accident on 64 and I was super late. The sun was setting fast and it was so insanely crowded due to a concert that had just wrapped up. We kicked the session into hyper drive and we got some beautiful photos with the ocean waves crashing around us. I loved that they chose the beach for the engagements because it was such a huge contrast to their wedding location. Tucked in the foothills of the mountains in FarmVille is this gorgeous new wedding venue called the Barn at Timbercreek. A massive barn with stone features and wooden pillars.
Tucked in the towering pines Sarah and Josh said their vows in front of family and friends. Mixing their photos between the canopy of trees and open rolling hills, I watched their connection and their settling in to their new normal. Wrapped in each other’s arms, content to face their futures together. No longer “I” but “us”. There is a beauty in their quiet natures. A silent strength of an unbreakable bond that is known only to them.
Sarah and Josh it was such a pleasure getting to know you and watching the bond between you. The Military life is hard and I truly appreciate the sacrifices you have made and will make in the future. XOXO
There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think about my clients. Past, present, and future. I strive for a relationship that extends further than their wedding day. The industry is constantly changing and I strive to keep up with new standards while holding true to my style.
