I’ve been going up north a lot so far this wedding season. I love the area (except 95, can I get an amen) but the area itself is gorgeous and so rich in history. I met Anna and Mat in Alexandria only a few short weeks ago for their engagement session. It was hot but it was a great preview of their wedding day 😉 I had such an amazing time getting to know these two. We had lots of laughs and I fell in love with their laid back personalities and just general happy joyful natures.
I was not surprised that their wedding day was the same way. I have never, in my almost 100 weddings, seen such a group of people ready to have a good time. Between the bride and groom themselves, their families, their bridal party, and all their guests, the energy during this wedding and reception stayed at 1000% the. whole. night. It was so much fun!
There is a tenderness to Mat. He has such a warm heart and inviting nature that it was no surprise to me that Anna fell in love with him. Anna’s loving, and always cheerful personality is the perfect fit to him. I could see right away the deep connection that they had. It was confirmed by the support given by their families and friends.
Thank you so much Anna and Mat for allowing me to be a part of such an amazing day! I will never forget your day and night and I am so thankful that our path’s crossed!
XOXO
There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think about my clients. Past, present, and future. I strive for a relationship that extends further than their wedding day. The industry is constantly changing and I strive to keep up with new standards while holding true to my style.
