It’s that time of year… the calm before the storm… the hottest time of the year but also the time of year when brides and grooms are in full prep for their fall weddings. Fall technically may not start until late September but in the minds of most, as soon as September 1 rolls around, it’s Indian Corn, Pumpkin Spice, Apples, and the anticipation of that chill in the air.
These two will kick off September for me and the hustle of the Fall season. I couldn’t be more excited! I mean, take a look at these photos! Not only are they a gorgeous couple but they aren’t afraid to cuddle, snuggle, and show their love on camera! Lauren had the amazing idea to do half of their session on their boat. They are some of my most favorite images, not only because of the uniqueness of them, but the story they tell. Lauren and Johnny spend a lot of time on the boat together and it reperesents a part of their love story. When you grow up in the NNK, life on the water is a part of you. It’s your happy place. The sound of the waves, the birds, boat motors, and the gorgeous sunrises… they imprint. I can relate to these couple’s and these two stole my heart!
