Working in the NNK I get a huge mixture of brides. The one common thing in the area is the love of the water. If you grew up in this area the river and bay are in your soul. When I met with Jamie about her wedding I loved that she was having a tent reception on the river. Even though the river is such a big part of this area’s lifestyle, 99.9% of the water front views are private property so unless you know someone it’s nearly impossible to have those views as a part of your wedding day. Luckily, Jamie and Austin had that connection.
Austin’s best man shared a story of their adolescence spent at Christ Church School and how they often wondered who would want to get married there in their historic chapel. It’s the perfect representation of sentimentality. Jamie and Austin have been together since high school. They grew up there, fell in love there, and it was both their launching points into adulthood. I think it is perfect, and I think his best man got his answer.
The day was full of family and love… It was HOT but between the celebration and the views it didn’t matter. Everyone joked about the fact that these two have been together since 10th grade. That is seven years! I am always so inspired by couples like this. It is a major testament to their dedication and maturity.
Austin and Jamie, I have no doubts about your future! You have a long lifetime of love and companionship ahead of you and I can’t wait to see where your lives take you! Thank you!
XOXO
There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think about my clients. Past, present, and future. I strive for a relationship that extends further than their wedding day. The industry is constantly changing and I strive to keep up with new standards while holding true to my style.
