I am so excited to share this wedding with you all!
When Claire’s mother called me last year regarding this wedding, I saw the number on my caller ID and thought it was my husband calling from work! I was snarky and sarcastic because, for reasons I can’t remember, our daughter had just gotten into something messy. When the voice I heard was NOT my husband’s I about died! I was SO embarassed! Thankfully, this woman herself was a mother of three girls and understood having one of “those” moments! LOL. She had a sense of humor and was able to take her first impression of me in stride! I knew I wanted to work with them! HA! Isn’t that funny!
When we did Claire and Shane’s engagement photo’s, in the same location, it was a rainy fall day. We lucked out and the rain had stopped, but it was still pretty overcast. Mother Nature redeemed herself on their wedding day! This was the most beautiful May day I can remember! The weather was perfect, they sky had those nice, big, white, puffy clouds scattered about and then when that sun set – ugh! It was breathe taking!
I love Claire and Shane’s laid back, relaxed personalities. You can definitely see that about them in these photo’s. They were so happy and relaxed to just “be”.
