Must be 18 or older to enter. One Entry per person. Couples may enter seperately. All sessions (except for anniversary sessions) must be done by the end of 2013. No transfers… if you win.. YOU WIN. Upon scheduling there will be ONE reschedule allowed otherwise your prize is forfeit. Travel is NOT included. If you are outside of Lancaster, Northumberland or Gloucester, travel fees apply. Prizes won may NOT replacce exisiting appointments made with APP.
